The penny must eventually drop: Pay and get services rendered, or fail to pay and get no services.

Our beautiful country is run just as the Free State is run. Everything is free and in one heck of a state. All due to incompetency, corruption and stealing by the government.
Roads in Bethlehem must be replaced, not repaired. Some are beyond the state of repair.
While the fat cats drive cars worth millions, have the protection of bodyguards and eat at the best restaurants, they forget about their people who are drowning in sewage and waste in the townships.
This is unacceptable and a disgrace to mankind.
