In an incident on the Lonia Farm in the Ficksburg district, a child (11) was shot dead and six people injured. On Sunday, 21 April, at 21:50, two suspects shot at farm dwellers in their house, then fled the scene and got into a car parked on the side of the R26 road between Ficksburg and Bethlehem.
