A 40-year-old man has been arrested in Kroonstad for being in possession of drugs.
On Thursday, 20 February, the Kroonstad K9 and Crime Intelligence unit received information about a man allegedly selling drugs at a block of flats in town.
The police followed up and investigated the tip-off.
The man was apprehended after crystal meth, CAT and cocaine with an estimated street value of R30 000 was found in his possession.
The drugs were confiscated and the suspect was arrested.
The man will soon appear in the Kroonstad Magistrate’s Court on charges of being in possession of drugs.
