We all have a story to tell, and it is interesting to hear where we all grew up, who our family is, what town we hail from, or what culture we belong to. Some stories are sad, or even bad.
We often escape or move away from certain people or places, or will not talk about it or go there again. But remember: We cannot run or escape from ourselves. We take ourselves with, wherever we go.
So how do we deal with these issues we might have?
- As written in Psalms 139:14-16, accept you are fearfully and wonderfully made by God.
- Forgive those who have sinned against or harmed you, as taught in Matthew 6:9-13.
- Do not allow opinions about you to become your reality.
- Be mindful of Jeremiah 29:11 and thank God for his wonderful plan with your life.
Jesus is standing at the door of your heart today.
I encourage you to open your door and start a new journey with Him who created you. A meaningful life journey with purpose and destiny is your inheritance.
